Scott Steele has spent his whole career working in the restaurant industry, and has held management positions with Disney and The Cheesecake Factory. He brings a high level of customer service and operational experience to every project assigned him. He runs PFFW’s sister company “Backyard Grille” which operates a water park café that boasts seasonal sales numbers higher than many year round restaurant operations.

He is the head of PFFW’s Kitchen Remodel Construction Management team and works diligently to save our clients thousands of dollars, always keeping their best interests in mind. Don’t be fooled by his boyish good looks, Scott has an old fashioned work ethic and a dedication to his work that is a rare find. He is truly the nuts and bolts to Mike’s amazing ideas.
