Culinary cultivator Chef Nicole was born into a legacy of food and beverage. Surrounded by a family of global foodservice innovators Nicole entered the industry as a young teen and followed her passion into an education at The Art Institute of California, Orange County Graduating at the top of her class. Motivated by the taste of success she has competed at the national level in culinary competitions making it to the final round at 4 times.

Prior to joining the PFFW team Chef Nicole has honed her skills working under some of the top Chefs that Southern California has to offer. Bringing her wide range of experience in developing concepts from quick service to fine dining Nicole now works closely with her teammates to establish new F&B concepts and to reinvigorate existing operations.
